Healthy Smiles Ontario Dental Program is Ontario government funded dental program providing necessary treatment services for children and youth 17 years of age and under.
Upon eligibility, your child will get all needed dental services at no cost to you. This program was initiated by the Ontario Government back in 2016.There are some criteria to be met in order for your child to be eligible for the free dental services. Please note that not all dental offices accepting the patients who are covered by this program. The reason for that is Healthy Smiles Ontario Program fees for the dental services are much lower than the regular dental fee suggested by Ontario Dental Association. In our office, Aurora Yonge Dental we accepting all government supporting dental programs including Ontario Works Dental, Ontario Disability Dental and Healthy Smiles Ontario Dental.
